For döner catering, the one-off service fee covers local travel within 20 km of Mannheim, set-up, take-down, staff for the agreed serving period, standard disposable packaging and napkins. Longer distances, additional waiting, special set-ups and longer service are included in the individual quote. All customer prices include VAT.

Service area: We cover the Palatinate, Vorderpfalz, the Rhine-Neckar region, Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Heidelberg, Worms, Speyer, Bad Dürkheim, Neustadt, Landau, Kaiserslautern and Karlsruhe. Your venue isn't listed? Write to us anyway — for larger events we travel further.

Spit and toppings station at an ALMANS tasting
Space
About 8 × 3 m of level ground, access for a car with trailer. Courtyard, car park or lawn.
Power
We're self-sufficient. 230 V is welcome but not required.
Timing
Planning values: set-up and take-down each take around 45 minutes. Serving takes around 1.5 hours for 50 guests and around 2.5 hours for 100 guests. We agree the schedule for each event.
Larger groups
For larger groups, we agree serving times and required capacity individually.

Generally from 50 guests. Smaller groups are welcome to enquire; the minimum order value for an exclusive booking is €1,275. Our calculator shows a price for up to 400 guests; serving times and capacity are agreed for your group size.
